Job Title                                  Contracts Supervisor Technology

Reporting to                           Contracts Manager

You will co-ordinate and collate information and data that is essential to the success of our schemes. You will be spotting opportunities for improvements to processes or systems and will ensure the information is accurate, compliant, and well organised. You will support in the development of the operational team and use your knowledge and experience to ensure high quality output and delivery


You will be supporting the successful completion of works within agreed timescales, budgets, and standards.


A typical week might involve

  • Assisting the Contracts Managers and Contracts Supervisors with the day-to-day organisation and programming of resources
  • Preparing, checking, and verifying date for inclusion in job packs
  • Supervision of Operatives on site
  • Delivery of site inductions and tool box talks
  • Assisting in compilation of routing information using the Open Reach Portal
  • Supporting the updating of programmes and works scheduling
  • Supporting in the compilation of workflow methodologies for works assignments
  • Compilation of Works completion information to allow compilation of handover information
  • Using your knowledge and experience support in the Training and mentoring of operatives
  • Surveying of new schemes and compilation of pre-works information
  • Working on General RAM’s and preparing the RAMS and Health & Safety documentation approval
  • General support where practical to the wider Technology team
  • Document Control – Ensuring compliance to company processes
  • Presenting opportunities for improvement as part of regular team meetings
  • O & M Manual including data sheets brochures and ITP’s
